in case you handle a question to a particular individual, that's chatting. in case you communicate personalities of the individuals right here, that would want to be considered chatting. As to why human beings care, i don't understand. that's technically a contravention of community regulations, yet i imagine that's extra likely that you've aggravated someone for causes that do not have any further some thing to do with the "chatting" designation. or maybe that's because you've been chatting about them? or maybe because you've been no longer chatting about them! Who knows? in simple terms examine the community regulations yet all over again and be certain that you'll stay so some distance from violating them that if it does ensue that you get suggested, you could charm effectively. BTW, i do no longer imagine the words in the community regulations are the in elementary words reason human beings record. Or they examine them very otherwise than I do. I in elementary words record if a question or answer is way intense.

I have received a few of them. I feel that Yahoo has a quota everyday and they pick at random. Maybe this answer might get deleted. :)
