Yes, it says so in the Bible. When the first sin was commited, by Adam and Eve, we all became sinners before we were born.

Yes, all human beings are born with the natural tendency to sin. That does not mean that a baby actually sins, but as we get older and can be influences by others and our culture, we learn things that are not always good , and we can succumb to temptations that can lead us to sin. We are all weak by nature and some people respond better than others to the graces God gives us to resist these temptations. They say that even the holiest of men will fall 10 times a day. This might seem discouraging, but God is so loving that if we admit to and repent of our sins He will forgive us completely. That on the other hand, should help us not to give up on ourselves just because we are sinners God does not ever give up on us.

Everybody has sinned; everyone was born with the sin nature; but everyone is not currently a sinner. After we are saved, we are no longer a sinner.

Yes all people sin. Even christians. Or Jews or Muslims or what ever your religion is. We make mistakes. Nobody is perfect. But you can change. You can be forgiven. Even if priests or reverends or preachers or monks never do. They are not God. Only God knows what is in your heart.

Sin is a human-created concept. Keep this in mind. It is a concept. An idea, not a real thing. It is a concept with a value-judgement in it, like 'delicious' or 'beautiful' and it changes depending on the person defining it.
