You may be on to something. As soon as I started asking questions, the hate mail began arriving. It can be daunting. It can also get under your skin when people belittle and degrade you for the questions you ask.

Really, there are no stupid questions and everyone should be allowed to ask without judgment.

I ask a very few questions - don't care about points - it seems when I am going to ask a question someone else comes up with one similar. I don't answer a tremendous amount either - kind of overlook a lot of questions and if someone has given an answer that is good already and close to something I would say then I don't answer. Points don't matter - just like the Drew Carey show.

It's more fun for me to see the questions and read the answers other people give. I have only ever asked one question, and nobody bothered to answer it.
I have seen questions that made me think for a long time and analyze myself.
I have seen questions that weren't really questions, but editorial opinions disguised as questions.
I have seen questions that would take a very hateful person to even ask it.
I have seen questions that anybody could find the answer to in five minutes with Google or Ask.
Also, I have seen some mind-bogglingly stupid questions. Not yours, I think yours is a pretty good question.
Definitely, it is more fun for me to see the amazing questions people ask.

I think it is a problem of being judged by others because the chances are people on here don''t know who you are. Even if they do who cares... Just like in real life I never give a damn what ppl think of me... Maybe you should ask why ppl come here and answer
questions, but never answer and end up losing all their points...

Maybe because in the past they have asked and then been disappointed in some of the answers they received. Then again, maybe it's not about that at all. Maybe answering the questions gets the person to think about their own beliefs. So I guess coming here and only answering could be a form of self analysis. Or maybe not.

I wouldn't ask a question because the majority of the answers are wrong and many of them are obnoxious. If I need an answer I go to reliable sources to find them. I answer questions because there are so many wrong answers given I feel sorry for the person asking the question.

What questions am I to ask? And what do you mean by being afraid of being judged, just what the F@#$ are you talking about?

I know what you mean. It drives me crazy. Half the time the ones that are the most obnoxious are the ones that do not have any email address or personal info. either. They are like sharks circling for the kill.

I also had a second thought. The people who do no questioning and only jump on the answers part for their 2 points, are just the right kind of bad Christian example aren't they? Always taking...never giving.

Because if I really want to know the answer to a question, I'll ask someone who knows... YA! is not good for real life questions, most non-issues can be resolved with some patience and goggle.

Second part, No.
