People Educated in Vedic Knowledge, knows about the temporary nature of this Body and every thing in relation to this Body. They also know the permanent nature of the Soul as part and parcel of God as his Childrens...
A similar case happened in Mahabharat, where Arjuna was depressed that he had to fight the ghastly war which would lead to death of so many people (though those people are ready with arms to kill Arjuna). Krishna Speaks Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna and Arjuna is relieved of all depression.
Krishna Starts his instructions with these words ..
“While speaking learned words, you are mourning for what is not worthy of grief. Those who are wise lament neither for the living nor for the dead.” (2.11)
“As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change.” (2.13)
“O son of Kunti, the nonpermanent appearance of happiness and distress, and their disappearance in due course, are like the appearance and disappearance of winter and summer seasons. They arise from sense perception, O scion of Bharata, and one must learn to tolerate them without being disturbed.” (2.14).

Bhagavad Gita is a great treasure of Vedic Knowledge and Freedom from depression is only a very small “side effect” of acquiring this Knowledge.

You can try Yoga . Pranayama are breathing exercises while Asana are body postures. Most of the exercises related with it basic and you should not have much problem performing them.

If you dont have much time at least try "Surya Namskar" in the morning. And "anulom Vilom" (Pranayama). But remember it may take uptu 6 weeks for definite results to show. But it should sooth you.

You will need a Yoga teacher to learn those properly. In India I would have recommonded you Ramdeva shows on TV . LOL.

And try oil massage for some relief. It sooths headahes sometimes. I gave some details in your other question on the topic.
