GO online to a free self-help court forms and download the document and file it with the court. Grandparents have rights to. Try to leave the name calling out and just ask to see your grandchild.

Go and get a lawyer and make a case saying that if she is on hate crimes and her husband in jail, then the child cannot grow in that environment.
If you get your son to agree with you then its almost too easy to get your granddaughter with you permernantly

Take it to court. I think there's some Grandparent's right laws. It depends on the state probably. Get a lawyer and get some legal advice.

This is so horrible that I don't know what to say. How could your son have married her in the first place?
