OK first go take a cold shower then come back and read this. To start with, there is no girl that is perfect, nor any guy or relationship, nothing. What you have managed to do is create a fantasy version of this girl and you are madly in love with your fantasy. The problem with that is this...the reality version of this girl is in no way going to live up to the fantasy version and you are going to get angry at her for it. You have put her up on a pedestal that nobody can live up to. You are not being fair to yourself and you are not being fair to the girl. You have all of these expectations set up in your head that are not based on the real girl. You are setting yourself up to be disappointed. You can't do that...I know, I've been there, I've done it myself, but it absolutely will not work. Right now you watch every move she makes looking for hints that she likes you.
My advice, let it go. Walk away and find another girl. She is not who you make her to be. Let this one go. When you find yourself attracted to another girl, and you will, talk to her right away. Don't build another fantasy girl. Get to know her. And one more thing, just because a girl is beautiful, doesn't mean she is out of your league. I know a lot of very beautiful girls...many of them go without dates night after night because guys are too afraid to ask them out.

alright first of all how do u know her....is she a friend, co-worker, someone u dont really know 2 well yet??? the number 1 thing is to always be urself...girls like that alot!! talk to her whenever u can, try to find things out about her to strike up conversation, when women know ur payin attention to the little things ull score points!!! but overall dont be afraid, always be urself and ask her out first as friends and go from there!
