its about the eye bags?

um, can anyone tell me about 'eye bags' and how to reduce it under my eyes? thanks for your compliments anyway. : )

I have actually heard of people using Preparation H under their eyes to reduce swelling...ok I used it before...LOL Also damp tea bags under they eyes seem to help somewhat. Oh and those rounds of cucumbers? Those can help too...anything that is cool and soothing helps...I have tried it all let me tell ya...
