hi. i'm a sophomore in highschool. I'm 5' 2 1/2" and i weigh 118 lbs. I'm trying to get to 110 lbs or lower. but i don't have time cus i always have school work to do or practicing SAT stuff. at the end of the day, i'm so tired i knock out on my bed. so are there any quick exercises that will help me lose my weight? something I can do in my sparetime?

haha, i dont think any of these will work for me... when i eat like a normal person, i gain weight. when i exercise for 30-45 minutes per day, i stay the same. if i exercise for 1 1/2 hrs, THEN i lose weight. and btw, my school is made out of stairs. there are 6 floors but between 3&4th is a huge hillside. we have to run up and down those stairs every day, and for me, between every frikkin class. I have the worst schedule.

Walk all you can...take the stairs whenever possible. Walk FAST, like you're late to something important.
On the weekends, ride a bike around for a couple of hours instead of sitting in front of the TV or computer. This will also help you clear your head for study. If there's too much traffic, more walking! Get a friend to go with you, it's more fun that way.
Cut out junk food from your diet, especially soda. There are 15 heaping tablespoons of sugar in every can! Eat more fruits and vegetables than meat and dairy products.

20 minutes is all you need about 3 times a week. Crunches and leg lifts are the best. Next maybe do some push ups for balance. I have a thermal suit I bought from Walmart for $8.00 and it makes you sweat the pounds while you exercise. Drink lots of water also.

YOGA
STRETCHES
LUNGES
CRUNCHES
SQUATS

I had the same problem in high school. Im now a freshman in university and im finding that im walking,,,A LOT LOT LOT and burning tons of cals from walking but I cant go to the gym - no time!
But every day, actually, every few minutes i stand up to stretch and while im in my room ill stop working and do lunges or crunches. It helps refresh the memory too! I'm 5'5 and 97lbs. Good luck with school and the weight loss!
