Do it on a lower temp.... like 350, then make sure the cheese is on top, they should be fine... just cook them til the cheese melts, and no longer! Good Luck

RE:
How do I bake loaded nachos in the oven?
I put them in the oven at 450F on the center rack until melted and they came out a soggy mess! What am I doing wrong?

Some will always be soggy. Cook the meat first and drain. Pile that and cheese on. Save the veggies until it's out of the oven or broiler. Maybe serve extra chips with it for dipping?
Me, I'll use a fork to get to all the soggy chips in a platter. Yum.

Best thing to do is, grab a pan, put foil on it then a layer of nachos. Toss some cheese on top and put them in the broiler, but keep checkin them because it goes fast, like 2-3 minutes so just keep checking on them. Mmmmm Have fun eating them, your making me hungry

First answer correct.........lower temp
Try this also...........break up some nachos on a microwave plate, or can use corn chips..........Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese (yr favorite kind) and microwave on high for 20-25 seconds............Nice filling snack..My kids love this!
Daughter sometimes makes this her supper when she is rushed to go to work, or ? Enjoy!
