Seems like a plan to me. The package deal. Ooh, if they adopted a baby, they could have the baptism right there too...

Going for the throat, I see. Well, IS IT the same as asking if it is ok to forgive and shoot someone at the same time? I don't think so. This might make some disagree with me, but, my learned opinion is that it is possible. To say 'is it ok'....welll, I have to let that go. The possible part comes from the results of a million things that have happened. Guy kills, asks for forgiveness and is granted it. Guy crucified with Christ, has done nothing do win favor, but just asks if can go with Him, and he does. Being homosexual is no different than taking a stack of post-its home from work. Can you do that and ask/receive forgiveness? Salvation.....(just keep that word's neon turned off).... leads to a purification process that goes thru-out your life. You learn, and you begin to apply. As you learn that fire is hot, you eventually stop putting your hand in it. Just love your friends. Gay, straight, russian, shifty-eyed.....forgive and let them see Christ. That is a biblical answer, i thunk

a gay marriage is not a saving relationship if you follow the bible. Of course you can make up the rules if you want. But don't kid yourself that God will accept them.

Yes, it is ok. You sound like you go to a progressive church that preaches love and tolerance instead of hate and intolerance. Keep going to it, and keep an open mind.

God created man and woman to work together in their strengths and weaknesses, so marrying the same gender pretty much opposes his plan. You can still be a christian though, as all christians turn away from God.

No. Most churches would never allow the former.
