I have several:
"Cherries in a Cloud" Pie: Mix 1 container cool whip w/ 8 oz cream cheese (rrom temp) then line graham cracker crust with this mixture. Pour in 1 can cherry pie filling. Voila! Chill until served.
"Bacon-Cheeseburger Casserole": cook until crisp 8 oz bacon in small pieces, set aside. Cook 1 lb. hamburger and drain. Boil 1 lb. penne noodles and add to hamburger in pan, add 2 cans cream of tomatoe soup and 8 oz grated cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Heat until cheese melts and serve. Whoops--that's 5 ingreds, but it's excellent, so I'll leave it.
"Crock-pot Pork Roast": Place any size raw pork roast in crockpot. Mix 2 t. poupon mustard with 3/4 C. apple juice and pour over roast. Cook on low ~8+ hours or high 5+ . When done, strain sauce into a saucepan and simmer to concentrate while you slice the roast. Pour sauce over slices and serve.
