The south has milder weather.Which is good for most companies. The roads are better as a result of not dealing with the freezing and thawing that occurs in the north. There are many north and souths you didn't specify.Also you didn't say what it may be better at. I have never been in the North of the US.But i hear you can't get sweet tea or grits. Therefore i will stay where i was blessed to be born.

North Korea is *officially* the worst country to live in across the globe. There is an annual report issued by Reporters without Borders, an apolitical group. It addresses things like torture, freedom of the press, economic turbulence. There is no place in the world worse than north Korea. I have linked the report below.
