wel some guys r scared and some r not. depends on the guy and his nature. its very difficult to generalize that guys r scared or no. sometimes they r and sometimes they r not. and usually when the girls do ask them tht question they feel tht she wants to know coz she likes him. its like that coz usually its the boy proposes girl equation and that's y when a girl asks a boy he feels like that the girl likes him.
