hmm.....from what I learn, vitamin A is essential for the eyes.It improves eyesight especially during the night.Vitamin A are mainly found in foods such as carrot,liver, fish liver oil and green vegetables. In addition, my grandma always advice me to look at the greens(trees, forest).Not only it relaxes the eyes, it also helps in producing more cones(cells in the eye which detacts light)in the eyes.Also,remember not to read or do work in dim light/darkness as this will worsen your eyesight. :D
