Keep telling yourself your hot and sexy and maybe someone might believe it. Staring is ignorant and rude, regardless of what a person looks like. You need to focus on something other than your looks. Beauty is as beauty does. Remember that. If your looks go then what do you have?

No, it perfectly proper to stare at someone that is making a spectacle of themselves by the way they dress or act as the person is usually looking for attention.
