When I feel depressed, I get a lot of headaches and diarrhea/constipation, all this can go on and on, until I feel a bit more positive. in fact these other physical symptoms make me feel ill and more depressed, so it is a vicious circle. I also feel lazy and tearful and not all all motivated to get out of bed in the morning when I am depressed. I sleep well though, just about 7-9 hours/night and don't feel physically or mentally so tired.
