Today I met her and didn't wish&kiss her. (bcoz i was in tention). I wanted to talk to her. But she didn't respons as i do so.

If you don't want to kiss her everytime you meet up, that's okay for you, but since she seems to need or expect it, you might as well just get in the habit of planting one on her each time. After all, it doesn't cost you anything but a pucker!

depends on the girl i guess. im alright if my guy dun kiss me when we meet up. I dun understand what you mean by wish so i cant answer that.
