Tell me, please, what is wrong with reporting a crime being committed? ALL nations define crossing their borders without permission as a crime. Some nations still shoot trespassers on sight. Thus far, the Minutemen are nothing more than a highly publicized neighborhood watch program. They report their observations to the Border Patrol. They DO NOT confront the criminals themselves.

Those who enter this country illegally KNOW they are committing an illegal act, and are thus criminals. They must, perforce, commit additional crimes in order to survive once they arrive. There is a well established procedure for gaining entrance, which millions have followed, even though it can be tedious and time consuming.

The only people who support them are all the trailer white trash from the south, they are just a bunch of gun toting rednecks with nothing to do, do they have jobs? I guess they just live off the government.

Until these right wing conservatives who run the country are replaced with real patriots (democrats) we will have to put up with this type of bull****, I dont live in the USA, even though I love what the country used to stand for: liberty, unity, prosperity, etc, what I dont understand is why when americans come down here to Mexico they do so with no problem whatsoever, Even if they want to stay and work, the problem in the United Sates, is not that a person is illegal or not, the problem is that they are Latin, it has gone out of control, and the whole subject has just turned in to good old fashion racism, lol, from Mexico

People that support ILLEGAL immigration have probably never balanced their own checkbook. The Minutemen are doing what our government should be doing and I support them 110%.

Our borders should have been secured by noon on 9/11/01, yet here we are, 5+ years later, and the borders are still wide open. No one else sees a troubling conflict with that?

Minutemen vow to use every legal means at our disposal to assist law enforcement authorities in identifying and apprehending those who violate our borders, whether they are illegally trafficking people, weapons, arms, property, sexual slaves or any other contraband.

Minutemen vow to report to the proper authorities any business entity which knowingly recruits, facilitates or employs people who have entered America illegally, or which cooperates in any commercial activity which involves contraband smuggling or marketing of persons, products or material.

Minutemen promise to raise our voices -- on cellular phones along the borders of America and in the halls of Congress -- in the defense of the rule of law. The American people are firm but fair, and we share their great compassion for the many powerless victims of cruel, illegal human trafficking and labor exploitation. But we also support our citizens' adamant rejection of the blatant disregard for our laws and ordered liberty represented by the U.S. government's failure to secure our borders, enforce our nation's sovereignty and end the flood of illegal trafficking into American territory.

I vow before God and my fellow Americans that these principles guide my actions as a Minuteman. "Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty..." And so I will stand watch on America's borders and in her sovereign interest until relieved from duty by my fellow countrymen.

Anyone who dislikes a Minuteman, also dislikes the American government and what it stands for. If you "hate" them so much, and cannot believe what they stand for, then, by all means, use that open border as a one-way ticket outta here. (Please hurry-there will be a wall blocking your path soon!)

Why do you hate them? Do you think everyone in the world should be allowed to come to America? What do you think would would happen if billions of uneducated poor people suddenly came to America? Crime and Chaos!
