pretend that the 6 family members are tetris pieces. Try and arrange them all on the bed (the flat surface) so that they are all comfortable.
This depends on the family member size and the bed size however.

that's impossible. a family of 6 can't sleep on 1 bed unless it's humoungus(sp?)

It depends on how big the bed is, how small the people are and how they actually arrange themselves on the bed.
