Talk to him about things you like or dislike and things he likes and dislikes. Talk to him about some romantic movies and stuff like that.

I'm sorry, but I have to dissagree with the "Kissing" answers! That would just be too forward of you to just walk up to him and plant one on him!
1.He may be taken back and think your abit forward (some men dont like forwardness in a girl)
2.Although it sounds harsh, he might not even feel the same way therefore you'll be in for an embarressing and hurtfull rejection
I suggest calling him (not texting) and ask if he fancies meeting up with you this weekend for some lunch then to the cinema.. If he says yes, he likes you (as the cinema for a male and female usually means its of a romantic manner)
When you've finished watching the film and your on your way home, turn to him and say "I've had a really lovely time with you today/tonight. Maybe we could do this again?" If he answers "yes" then your in there already with him and with that you can take the oppertunity to look at him sweetly and wait for him to be the one to kiss you!!
