Institutionalised political Christianity in the US makes me fear Christianity. When Christians start to spread their tentacles into the sphere of politics rather than simply practice their faith it should concern everyone.

because I'm sad to say there are many bad chrisitans. Some have good intentions and make more havoc then good. Some profess to be chrisitans and still behave like nonchristians. Many move ahead of God and do things their way and not His. There are many reasons..........but those that don't believe are just looking for reasons to validate themselves and these young and foolish christians give them the ammo they need.

I think you mean why. It's because the conservative christians copy the American Nazi party language when talking about whole groups of people they don't even know.
