I guess I think of it this way... do I believe that they were inspired by God and Christianity when they wrote it... err... most of the time. It was their cause, so, that would be what inspired them. I do think they tried to interpret what they thought god would want based on their own moral compasses...
Does God necessarily approve of everything that is in it.... I have to say *I THINK* no. Theres too many contradictions, and the things Human Beings do to each other in the Name of God is just scary. I mean, its supposed to be a loving and accepting religion, yet it really isn't. People kill and oppress using God as their banner and I don't think God would like that.
If God is omniscent (all-knowing) then he knows and appreciates all views and can take them as God's own. We as Humans are not and are far more limited.

No. The bible is a political instrument created by the church, i.e. an institution of power. The bible had been edited in the 17 hundred years of its existence about a thousand times to make it inobjectionable to those in power.
The Truth about God is contained in "Rational Spirituality" which was 100% conveyed by God. Read it on the Dhaxem website.

The Bible (or the Scriptues) is the copy of the original inspired word of God. It was translated into different languages for the people to understand what the Lord of Host wants.
However, it was translated without the guidance of the Holy Spirit, that is why some translation are poor. Some has been changed to suite once religion.

Not only does the Bible claim to be God-breathed (theopneustes) in 2 Timothy 3:16, but a third of the Bible is prophetic and the fulfillments can be checked out.

Yes, the entire Bible is inspired by God. That does not mean that every word is literally true or that you do not have to study to know what it means. It simply means that beyond every part is God communicating some truth to people.

Inspired by a God? That is impossible to say.. Perhaps there was a God with a sadistic sense of humor.. Who knows.. Maybe he started feeling bad after he sent his son and decided to be a much nicer God..
There is no way to tell. My own research on the matter yields that the Bible is flawed when read as a literal word of God, but as a metaphoric guide I can not state that it is..

Jesus said "every jot and tittle" sorta like even the dots on the i's and the t's crossed... in the original the original manuscripts are God breathed.
Jesus even refered to cases of verb tense... I AM the God of Abraham Issac and Jacab at the burning bush NOT I WAS the God of.... so verb tense
Paul refered to singular or plural and in Galations ... seed not seeds... and refered to all scripture as being God breathed
perhaps the storngest statement came from Jesus back from the dead commenting on the Bible in Luke
"foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all the prophets have spoken"
or Moses as he spoke the last month of his life saying "man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God"
Bible does not merely contain the word of God... it is entirely the word of God

No. All of the books were a philosophical discussion throughout the Middle East -- those in the Bible and those not.

100% of the Bible is written by, conceived by, and composed by men. They tried to get people to believe that they were inspired by God, and they were able to convince a great many people of this. Sure, the people convinced were credulous, naive, primitive and desperate to believe, but still it was quite a feat. We're still feeling the effects today.
