Mineral, no doubt. Distilled water is condensed steam. Yuck. Purified just means tap water that's been filtered. Not exactly water gushing from a pristine mountain spring.

Purified water "enhanced with minerals" would be stuff like Aquafina or Dasani. Look for the term "municipal" on the label. As in, comes from a city. As in, comes from the *tap* of a city! But it does taste better with the minerals added to it.

water should be pure for drinking i.e. just water nothing else
purified water has my vote. i have a system install in my house that guarantees 99.9% pure water which i can check daily.
distill water second best. distillation works by evaporation but some items (e.g. oil) have a lower boiling point than water therefore you would be getting them as well
mineral water would be the lowest on the list just look at the list of ingredient on the label i.e. sodium, nitrate and metals

i won't give names of any sites, because i don't want to get blame for advertising. personally i never enjoy water so much as i do now. sounds corny i know, but the tea and coffee taste great, the baby's food is safe as well. i definitely prefer purified water

based on facts not fiction

my advise to mineral water consumers get it Analyse, i know you will be shock by the results. the concept that 'we pay high prices for mineral water and therefore it's better' i have say at best is very misleading

mineral water every time... distilled water is deionised. Purified may come from an impure source are therefore need purification (hence purified!).

Tap water is much better for you. It has been chlorinated so you know the bugs are dead, and the fluoride in it helps keep your teeth healthier.

In California, so many "hippie" parents have been giving their kids bottled instead of tap water, their teeth are actually suffering!

If you'd like to be really horrified by what bottled water can do to you, go here:
