If you have the opportunity to stay home with your children, please do so. You can enjoy their growing up and offer them quality time. Take them to museums(I started at 1yr old)parks, whatever is near your area. Children grow so quickly and then they have lives of their own.
If you are not a child person, don't have them, if you already have them get a nanny and then do whatever would fulfill your life, like charity work, volunteer work or a career and still devote time to your loving husband and children.
Life is short and you certainly have a wonderful opportunity to do good either for your own family and for others.

bitter plenty? I resent being lumped right into a type of "you all" or "you females". ALL females do no longer supply up their careers or jobs to stay domicile and carry infants and be a housewife. that may no longer the 50's and the final time I checked my identity, my call replace into no longer June Cleaver. I quite have continuously pulled my weight on an identical time as elevating infants and looking out after a house. I quite have the two worked nights on an identical time as my husband worked days, worked at domicile, and then worked finished-time whilst the two the youngsters have been sufficiently previous to be left on my own between the time college set unfastened and the 1st one got here domicile from artwork. needless to say, you have been in contract on your spouse staying domicile to advance the youngsters. The early years are the main mandatory and who might you desire to work out your baby's first steps? A daycare provider or you and your spouse? Now that your marriage is breaking apart you desire to plunge your spouse into having to be the main significant provider of your infants? there'll a gap in her job history simply by years working at domicile and could desire to wish a refresher direction in her job skills. This takes time. it will be a marginally huge adjustment for her and somewhat help from you isn't unreasonable.

I would definitely be a housewife. Being a mom and wife are the most important things to me. I could always volunteer at my children's school or help out the elderly.

I think that only you can answer that. Even if you aren't working outside the home....when you are a housewife & mother....you are working. Stay at home mothers don't get enough credit. Even though you don't get paid to stay at home & be a mother & wife.....it's still a job!

children? why waste good time and money on children? you bet i'd stay home, but i'd be working on writing a novel or a play, not raising no smelly children.
