UNder my nose and in my nostrils I have this thing i think it is a rash but what it is, is like little tiny pimples all over plus redness and chaffing. It almost looks like I have been rubbing my nose with hard kleneex i havent had a cold or ant thing and this is spreading to the right side of my face by my nose. WHAT IS IT?????

you acutely have fungus . You need a antifungal from the doctor I can not remember the name but i know it starts with a b it is the only medication they will get rid of this . Yes i just remembered the name bactroban ointment

Rashes like that, especially on your face, are not something to mess with. It could be caused by a number of different things. An allergy to something that you have come into contact with which could also happen if you were kissing someone with makeup that you were allergic to, it could be due to a fungal infection, but you don't mention itching, which usually accompanies a rash due to fungus, or it could be a bacterial infection, or a parasitic infection. The best course of action is to see a doctor to have it diagnosed before messing around with over the counter medications. You might aggravate it if you start guessing.

where have you been putting your face? seriously- it sounds like you may have a yeast overgrouth in your system- try acidolipus (comes in pills ,powders) health food store - even walmart carries some brands- keep your hands off your face! if this does not help ck with a dr. could be something like impentigo

sounds like a cold sore too me...if it gets kinda crusted over then you know for sure what it is...try not to touch it, it can spread..they usualy clear up in a week or two.

I guess its some kind of allergy.Better show it to a doctor!
