No, stay away from anything that even smells like alcohol. All "NA" beer does contain a small amount of alcohol.

Sure, why not? It doesn't have alcohol in it. Unless of course the taste of beer makes them crave the alcoholic kind.

My husband, 35 years old, had to quit drinking because his liver was starting to fail him. Now he drinks the non-alcholic beer, which made me nervous because I thought it might make him want to drink the real stuff to achieve the effect that real beer produces, but it has been about 4 months now and he seems satisfied with it.

They can, but like decaf coffee, there is a little alcohol in non-alcoholic beer and wine, and behaviorally, it is a little like old behavior.
