follow up on this with your doctor, also can look into what is referred to as "ted hose" used to help in patients with edema in the legs and feet available at most durable med supply stores. Do know Walgreen's had the support socks which are similar, or the cheaper route is to try pantyhose, sound weird, but might help out some, also try to reduce the amount of sodium you take, can also lead to swelling.

You have a double issue and need to follow up with your doctor. With the Edema of the ankles and feet, your retaining fluid and some of your medications maybe helping to cause this or make it more noticeable.

Call your doctor and get a follow up with them. Worth the time and effort.

The only way anyone on the internet can help you is just to have someone to talk with and listen to you. See if you can find support groups online who have been through your challenge.
Much good thoughts for you.

There are medicines now a days with almost nil chances of edima. "Asomex" from Emcure is one of the drug.

Do check with your physician. Take care
