They are very sinful and unintentional, people say it's satan, I don't entertain the thoughts, I feel disgusted and blast music to my ears to get rid of them and they do. Suggestions?

What meds would help?

Try Atheism. Once you realize that god is imaginary, you'll realize that you just have an overactive imagination. Perhaps then you could accomplish something with it, like write a book!

Yes Satan can tempt people but, do not forget that we ourselves are evil and lots of times it is that sticky spider web of our own sin trying to pull us back into it after Jesus has pulled us free. If you do not entertain these thoughts they are nothing more than temptations and Jesus himself was tempted (he was tempted from without though, not from within). This is also a lesson in humility. The closer we get to Our Lord the more we see what he sees in us so yes this is why we understand why we have to die--the sin that is in us dies --not us we go onto eternal life with Jesus. Do not get discouraged--keep up the good fight against the world, the flesh and the Devil

When you draw nearer to God, God's enemy draws nearer to you. This is the truth of things. It has been my experience as well.

Yes, I do have suggestions. Say, out loud, "Get thee behind me, Satan. In the name of Christ Jesus I rebuke you." Satan flees from Christ.

Also, ask God, in prayer, to purify your thinking. Every time you have a sinful thought, ask God--right then and there--to remove it for you. Ask him each time a thought of this nature arises. This will train your mind to think of God--instead of dwelling on your thoughts. Over time, God will reveal to you what you must do in order to purify your life.

Blasting music and going on meds will only postpone the problem, not solve it. The mind will continue to revert to its ways unless new ways are found. Distraction is not a way through, it is a way around. And ways around lead right back to their starting point.

If you deny the problem, the problem will stay. If you address it head-on, you have the hope of overcoming.

You are trying to hard to subdo the animalistic nature that is inside you. Embrace these thoughts (But do not act upon them) Realize that they are a part of you and let them flow through you. When they run their course you will be able to think clearly again. I know this is frustrating. Perhaps you are having these thoughts at this time because subconsciously you are afraid of giving up control of your life and our worried that in doing so you will lose that part of yourself that you most cherish. It could be the fear of the unknown (If i give myself to God will i lose myself?)

we all do get tempted at times.

Like Jesus siad, for we are in this world, yet not of this world. Since we will still be here we cannot avoid sins. Its not possible to avoid sins in this world as a human, but be quick to repent.

everytime i have these thought i quickly pray for forgiveness, sometimes i fall to and totally dont pray for a day coz of guilt. Do the right thing: pray for forgiveness, inner peace and guidance.

I think it really depends on the nature of the thoughts. Are you unable to control them? Do you act them out? Do you take steps to make them more real?

If you answer yes to most of these questions then this might not be the place to seek help.

you need Jesus, and you need to ask the true and living God of Israel to fill your heart and mind with good thoughts, also if the music you are listening to is garbage and is filled with vulgar words get rid of it,because that can also affect how and what you think, and read the holy bible that is guaranteed to help you, that is the only meds you need is the holy bible.

When you turn to Christ, you start a war over your immortal soul. Satan isn't going to make it easy for you. Resist the devil and he will flee. When those thoughts are attacking you, the best weapon you have is called a BIBLE! Start reading it.
