my roommate up at college is like 5'2 and weights 140 she told me that if i lose anymore i would look sick and that made me feel bad because i want to make myself feel better rather then worry about what she thinks but i don't want others to think i have to be worried about when it comes to my weight

sounds like your roommate is a little jealous- and a little on the heavy side- your probably a bit to thin- but what matters is How do you feel? do you have energy- not getting sick- I would not recommend loosing any more weight- men do not like stick women-real men anyway-

That's on the low side. It's not bad but you can gain some weight and it won't matter. I'm 5'7 and small boned. Right now I'm 116 after an illness and I'm trying to get to 125 -130. You should be around 140, I think.

No..seems kinda light to me. I'm 5'6 and weigh 142lbs and I look a little fluffy actually. I would think your ideal weight for your height and bone structure would be pretty close to 130-140

No your weight is fine, although if you are larged boned, then please don't lose any more or you may look too skinny. Plus you shouldn't go under 120lb anyway for your height. Don't worry about what other people think, as long as you are happy. Take care : )

If you are actually large boned you probably look anorexic at that wieght. The normal weight for someone who is 5'7" is 140 - 155. You look fine in your picture.

There is no such thing as "big boned" your prone to caring extra pounds or your not. You could have a leaner muscle mass or visa versa. But after years of bateling eating disorders and getting therapy for them i do know the ins and outs of it. i dont think you being 125 and is a bad thing at all if you excersise and eat and that still how you look then thats who you are! but for your reference ill give you a web site!

You want to be +5 pounds over 100 for every inch over 5 feet tall. You would be considered average or underweight.
