i have a huge huge craving for a cokie that contains chocolate and i would like to see if anyone has a good one besides chocolate chip and the normal chocolate cookies i mean something strange or even fun to make with their kids so i hope someone can help me remember it has to be with choclate (did i meantion any type of chocolate)

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Estimated Times:
Preparation - 15 min | Cooking - 9 min | Yields - 40

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups (11.5-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350º F.

COMBINE flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chunks. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.


Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies
Estimated Times:
Preparation - 20 min | Cooking - 15 min | Cooling Time - 15 min cooling | Yields - 36 cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 can (15 ounces) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped walnuts
Vanilla Glaze (recipe follows)

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Grease baking sheets.

COMBINE flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in pumpkin, eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets.

BAKE for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Drizzle or spread with Vanilla Glaze.

FOR VANILLA GLAZE:
COMBINE 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in small bowl; mix well.



Milk Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Preparation - 15 min | Cooking - 10 min | Cooling Time - 2 min cooling | Yields - 36 cookies (3 dozen)

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 3/4 cups (11.5-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Milk Chocolate Morsels
1 cup uncooked quick or old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup raisins, (optional)

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

COMBINE flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture and milk. Stir in morsels, oats and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are crisp but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

triple chewy chocolate cookies

1 1/4 c. oleo
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. chocolate chips

do not overbake. bake at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 9 minutes. Cookie will be soft and puffy. Allow to sit on cookie sheet 1 min before removing.

The best one plus my family"s favorite is called Ranger Cookies or Cowboy Cookies.They are the greatest by far. Even better than tool house. contact for recipe,I promise Not to charge like Neman Marcus did that poor lady !
