Midol would help but as I got older, I found aspiring would help. Also, drinking warm tea would help as well. Stay away from caffeine. It helped me. I know how you feel. I am sorry :(

See your gyno about going on the Pill. I used to have horrible cramps and long periods but ever since I've been on the Pill I haven't had any cramps and my periods are shorter.

when you know you are going to get cramps, take aleve! its the non perscription perfect drug! make sure you start taking it the day before your period and your cramps will be much less painful! mine used to make me throw up and pass out, now that i take aleve for the first 3 days, every 8 hours, i feel nothing!! its great!!
