we can say we are in real life if we have life, and to have life u have to feel God , and love your self no matter you are lonely or suffering .

We have knowledge of two worlds so far, the conscious and the subconscious. You can enter this world (they call it astral projection) through meditation. Some say they have met people that's been long dead in the astral plane. Is life just a dream? I think so...
Did you know that dreams can become lucid?
You are able to control a dream.

I saw a really good Movie (Sci-Fi)
on that.
The Aliens had put Everybody on the Earth, Asleep in a seperate Tub, floating in only GOD knows what, with Wires hooked to their Backs.
The Aliens were sucking Energy outta them to Power their Stuff.
To keep them Asleep, they made them Dream that They were Awake and Living their Lives out on the Earth.
Then, somebody (a saviour) woke up and Blew the Aliens away and Saved the People (woke them up).
Very good Movie.

The easy and literal answer: "By opening my mouth and saying it".
I think it's real. My model of reality seems to work quite well based on that assumption. Besides, if this isn't real, then there's no point whatsoever having this discussion. :-)

If it is a dream, then there is no real life. What is real to us is all imagined in such a scenario.
