This would get old to me by day zero. How can you ask permission from another adult human being for anything? Let alone your mate, one you are supposed to be equal to. I'm just curious, do any of you get tired of that?

Actually their husbands are not their equals they are their superiors. Its disgusting how they have to walk behind their men...how insecure are they???

Your information is false. I never get tired of having to ask permission from some man for everything I do because it doesn't happen. Heck, once in a while, I wouldnt mind a bit to have to consult with someone on certain matters that affect the whole family.
I recommend if you want to learn about Islam, you forget all the lies that the media has brainwashed you with, and start by reading the Quran.

first of all in islam men are supposed to protect their women.howevr advanced the world is women are physically weaker and vulnerable and they need somebody to care for them.dont take the asking permission thng so literally.suppose u have a body gaurd.its quite natural for u to let him know were u r going and wht time ur expected to be back so that if u r in some kind of danger he can help u.some muslim men will be misusing this concept to keep women tied up at home preventing thm frm doing thngs.but i thnk the orginal idea was only to keep the women safe.

omg. u need to check ur sources. muslim women dont have to ask the men for everything they do. they just consult em on stuff that would have to do with the whole family, just like most family women do

doesn't the bible say that the man is the head of the household and the woman is supposed to submit to the man in every respect? I don't think christian ideals are that much better than islam ones on some subjects

this is to protect the women from becoming public property. its not just in islam but in all religions.
west deviated from this and results are clear; women has no respect.

and yet in christian house holds the female gives her last name and uses her husbands last name deeming her as "property" so like the other guy said... research ur religion first
