I don't think you can. The point of the subpoena is to inform the defendant of what they're being charged for, and you aren't really charged before you get it

Call your local district attorney's office and ask them if you have a subpoena. They will be more than happy to tell you.

Call the court's clerk office. The sheriff gets them from there
