Maybe this person has had bad experiences with 'white' workers.....For me, if a person is qualified, and they have a good work ethic, it doesn't matter the skin color....

Alot of people like to hire illegals because the will do the job for less then a white person or the company only speaks one language.

Some construction companies in some states are restricted in whom they can hire by state laws if they have a certain filing status. They may only be able to hire illegal immigrants as well since they are not a legal company and dont want anyone snitching on them.

There is a huge difference in whether or not they have had a white person that was a good candidate for the job and hard worker, and deciding not to hire all white people. If they decide not to waste their time hiring white people, then they are racist and doing something VERY illegal! If a white person who was a good candidate for the job has never applied...that is another story!

I know many that do that. Hispanics are just better workers not because they do the job better but because they don't complain as much (after all their comfort zone is a lot lower than that of the white people), and also employers are safer from law suits with Hispanics than with whites.

It's because of a well known fact now that illegals will work their hindends off for little of nothing and that's why we are having such a hard time trying to get rid of them...

If they're not being hired because they are white, that is discrimination and it's against the law.

They should start hiring lawyers.
