J= the boy I like
I will start from the beginning. And we are in 8th grade.
Last year I found out he liked me, but a little
This year on the second week of school J was acting like he liked me. For example I was hanging something up and J walked all up on me(we looked like we were about to kiss) and he smiled at me and brushed my shoulder, but he had plenty of room to walk by me.
Then later on I found out J liked my friend but she didn't like him so he didn't ask her out.
Now I think J likes me because my friend got this note from her boyfriend saying "You are in my heart" and I was talking to J one day and he asked me how I would react if he gave me something like that. I said that it was sweet. The J said would you give me a hug and I said yea.
2 days ago I was talking to him and said that my friend wanted to know if he liked me and he said he didn't know
Then he asked me what friend
I wouldn't tell him so he said he wouldn’t' tell me if he like

I don't think he is messing with you. I don't mean for this next sentence to sound bad or anything so don't take it that way.... if you both are in the 8th grade you are just really starting to realize the different kinds of feelings that are in your bodies. Just think about it for a minute. If you are confused about the situation then most likely he is also confused. My best advice to you would be to get together some where that you guys can be alone and have a conversation about your feelings towards each other. You both need to be honest with one another and don't be bashful about how you feel. You may have to go first to get him to open up.
If after you open your heart to him and he rejects you in any way don't go getting down on yourself. Love is tricky sometimes. Sometimes we have trouble showing our true feelings to the ones that we love.

Maybe this is confusing cause you are young...but guys act like this all the time! they are so stupid!
what you need to do is show him that you like him but not so much cause if he realize that you are falling for him he´s gonna start looking for some other girl
I think for what you said that he likes you a lot ...but he doesnt know if you like him back or maybe he is afraid of beieng rejected

Its hard to tell he is leaving those signs like he wants something. You are only in 8th grade so it is a bit young just take it slow and ride it out. Something might spark up, good luck sweetie!

I think he knows you are ready and waiting for him and he is playing mind games and messing around with you. Don't ask if he likes you because that will make him high headed. Just be yourself and let him ask you out

yep u really need ahelp around here.the best thing is you should ask him and tell him that u like him.if u nvr do this u will nvr know untill like God knows...so have a courage to talk about this to him.Good luck

I would say J definitely likes you. Guys don't do the things that he does if they don't.
I also think your friend likes you. That's why he won't let you know that the other guy likes you. He wants you for himself.

J does like you coz he wouldn't be hanging out more with u,Maybe he doesn't know how to bring it out coz he first went to your friend.Just give a little more time to think.
