Yes. Similarly sometimes a medic gets a vein to show up in someone's arm by slapping the arm repeatedly. So he can take a blood sample.

Uuummm kicking someone's foot 10-15 times doesn't sound like playing to me...especially if veins are appearing where you've been kicked. It sounds like getting beat up!

its not just being kicked that does that. i have one in my foot that's alike a birthmark, and i have had it since birth. but the kicking doesn't help either
