I love spending time with my boyfriend, but sometimes I just want to have some time to myself. When I ask for some "ME time" he thinks I'm mad at him, no matter what I say. AAH!!!
He practicly lives with me...even though he has his own house close by. How would I go about asking for some time alone? I'm not ready for the whole married life thing. Ya know?
If you have any tips. I'd love to hear them.
Thanks, Cali

Time to stop being so selfish and think about what you want for the next level in your relationship.some guys are ready when you give them the goodies and some are not, when we complain about space and time alone, you may very well start a trend in your relationship that you cannot control, you can have the time you want to yourself since it is your house and in most cases we control the tempo of the relationship, you may not be ready for the next level, girlfriend step up.

well. i think you should really talk to him about it. it seems like he loves you a lot. just let him know that you love him a lot but you really need some alone time. try telling him that you have something to do. or say that you have to be with your friends. he should understand. good luck =]

hey this ...happened to me....well if u want time-off...just let him know......if he still wants to be with you he'll understand and he'll wait...for you......but if not he might even ask why?....u don't want to be with me anymore ?....just let him know what your feeling....tell him that u are not ready for marriage.....that u want to take some time off.....to focus ...on ur self....or ur life.....and if he doesn't understand....and walks away....then he wasnt meant to be with you.........
