I sometimes feel quite unhealthy when i'm sat at the computer. Are there any particularly gd positions to sit in or any ways of excercising your legs and arms?

you could do some kegel exercises, squeeze your butt, raise your arms over your head and stretch to the sides. You want to make sure you are sitting up straight in your chair too, don't slouch, good-luck!

You might try just regular athletic stretches (bring leg up to chest, arm across your chest type things) but if you really feel that unhealthy the best thing you could do is take a quick walk or at least stand up go somewhere else and take a break.
