she even smile at you and try to get near you to touch you.
what should i do in this situation if I'm not good when it comes to girls.
i'm so serious and i don't know treat a girl or what to talk about.

Well... start with saying "hi" when you pass her.... then go on to "how are you today"... the first words you say are often the hardest.. but it could be that she is shy and afraid to approach you and you starting the coversation could be all she needs to speak to you... If she does, keep the conversation light, talk about class or something and whatever you do, dont say "so i notice you watching me" or something like that... she will run for the hills!!

Treat her with respect and you can ask her out if you want but other than that just don't get in trouble with the law like I did and my girl broke up with me. So don't do anything stupid. Treat her with respect and life will be good to you.

i just jokingly ask her whether my skin is so smooth she wants to touch it, or just give her a hug when she comes near you, that will suprise her

she likes you silly. ask her out! or just start by making conversation with her...like if you have a class with her be like "what was the homework we had for the ___ class?" or if you don't ask her "who do you have for your ___ class?"

ok, she likes you. So, talk to her - talk to her about things SHE is into, things SHE likes to do, her classes.....could be fun......and she'll be flattered.
