Given that there have been no signs or portents, and the second coming of the Christ will not be by a virgin birth, I do not think this question belongs in the Religion & Spirituality category.
The few documented cases of spontaneous pregnancy (effectively autocloning) are scientific wonders, and should be studied by competent medical professionals.
