Some people refer to people who tell sea stories as being delusional, to others a reference to 'sea stories' is another way of saying, 'that's a damn lie'. TAKE YOUR PICK.
Fairy tales are just that, imaginary stories, you know, like Bill Clinton when he said, "I didn't have sex with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky." Now that's a fairy tale, if I've ever heard one!
