Work around the house. Stripping and waxing floors. Washing walls, Washing down all the windows. Painting. Vacuuming.

Anything that works up a sweat is exercise...as an added bonus your house is fresh and absolutely clean for Thanksgiving.

To lose weight, you need to reduce the calorie intake by some amount. It is important to develop a healthy diet , so that body receives sufficient nutrients even as you try to lose weight. Check the calorie count of the food you eat. A diet without sufficient nutrients like vitamins and minerals will only increase your appetite when you are trying to lose weight. Small changes in your diet can help you lose a lot of weight. More information on a weight loss diet is available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h

Hypnosis worked for my wife who has lost over 40 lbs without dieting, exercising, or being in a bad mood. I download a hypnosis MP3 (around $20), it took about six weeks of listening to the MP3 once a day at bedtime. I didn't believe it myself, but the scales don't lie. She use to drive me nuts counting calories, and making a separate special meal for herself (she looked miserable). Now she's changed, she doesn't eat junk food, doesn't like anymore. Anyhow, some websites have a sample of the hypnosis session you can listen to see if you like the sound of the voice. Shop around cause some places have really steep prices. Best of luck.

You can diet and loose all the weight you want just by eating less. (1200 calories a day would be alright) but if you want to actually get in shape, run faster, or be stronger, than your going to have to excersise to tone your muscles.

losing weight and being in shape are two different things. you cannot be in shape without working out so thats out the window. to lose weight tweak your diet a little bit to only allow healthy foods and count calories.

good luck!!

sorry to tell you, but for optimal health, and for lasting results, you must MUST excercise. Dieting alone, restricting food and nutrition is not going to give you long term healthy results. There are many options from yoga to running to swimming to choose from. You should try a few til you find what you like, and i can promise you, once you make a habit of it and see wonderful results you will begin to enjoy it more and more. in fact, you may find that you soon hate NOT excercising. good luck...

I would try just watching your eating habits.

When you see that oreo cookie sitting on the cupboards walk away very fast eat some protein. Try milk even though milk doesn't help weight loss it strengthens bones. Whole milk yummy

Eat more protein in your diet and only 1200 calories a day total. It will come off.
