It's fine....you got to remember it is already a fermented drink so unless it smells like vinegar, it is fine.

It wasn't "good" when you opened it. They usually put a lot of chemicals in that crap so you should still be able to consume it.

No. It's beyond the time and will have a vinegary aftertaste that isn't pleasant at all.

Unless it was the end of Sept, probably not. You could always taste it and see--it it's at all different, toss it.
