well i work with this guy and i only see him once a week. he flirts with me he smiles at me i always catch him looking at me. he always is really touchy feely. and i really started to like him. i asked he to do somthing with me and my friends and he said yeh. so he said he would call when he got off work and then come on over. he never called or came. i was mad the next time at work he called in sick and i saw him driving around that morning so i knew he wasnt sick and the next time i saw him at work he was like a ll over me and asked me to do things with him. and then a few weeks went by and i called him like twice to do things and he was always busy. and now he found out somehow that i was gonna ask him to homecoming. and this last week he totally igonored me he wouldnt talke to me at all i gave him his space i mean he only answered the questions i asked that were realated to my job. hes only three years older than me im so confused what does he want?

He doesn't know what he wants himself! Truth is that he is just playing games with you. He's into the challenge but when you made yourself available to him he isn't interested anymore.

I'd say move on, do you really see yourself being subjected to that kind of treatment all the time. Sounds like no fun to me!

he flirts with you because he thinks that's how to be friendly, not because he's interested in you.
it doesn't matter what you do, he will still hold back and just be flirty.
stop asking him out or trying to include him, because the only thing he would agree to is a pointless night in a hotel and from then on he'd treat you like crap.

when he's talking to you at work are there other people around? If it's just the two of you, then the answer is easy, he's using you. Get rid of him.
