religion was invented by man as one of the three major ways in order to gain control in a society. to also explain the natural phenomena of the heavens and earth. to for tell the proper time to hunt, plant and harvest crops, to appease the GOD of the society, to perform the necessary rituals and ceremonies to heal the sick and dying and to bury the dead so they could attain peace after death on this plane, to explain where the dead were going and what they would be doing once they arrived, etc. etc. etc.

Gotta phrase your questions a little better there, pal. I agree with anyone else who believes that religion was created by men. Not women. MEN. Men are naturally more aggressive than women in their pursuit of power and control in society, and using religion is just one of the ways that they achieve that.

The original book is hinduism and there are many copies with many variations and few books were written against the original and so on , so you have many books with many varations with the original being hinduism the oldest religion on the earth.
