I have a crush on this guy at work. I think he's four years younger than me. Weird things would happened at work, like we would bump into each other and just stare for about a few seconds and than walk away. We don't really talk, But when we do he smiles and stares into my eyes the conversation doesn't really last that long, I would ask him a question and he would answer with a smile. when he says good morning or good night he always say my name. But still I'm confused it's been three months now and he hasn't made a move. What should I do?

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

he is being nice but if you really want to know for sure you make the move. maybe he is to shy to ask you out. dont let a good thing slip threw your fingers. bust a move on him and see what happens! good luck.
