No I have looked at many a back side when it farts and the only lump I have ever seen is when the patient has followed through with a poo! Trust me thousands of bums!

lol, most of the time there are no lumps in a plain ole fart, but sometimes there are lumps. Better go to the bathroom and make sure you arnt sitting on a turd...lol
