Wherever you do it will be special, but it's a good idea to have a plan.
Is there anywhere in particular that's special to her? If that's Disneyland, then its the best place to do so.
There may well be a point where it just "feels right". When I proposed to my wife (after being with her for 18months) it was in Prague. I had the whole thing planned out as to what I was going to do, got a ring designed especially for her and took her to a city I knew she'd love. Then the jeweller that was making the ring let me down, so the plan was scuppered. I couldn't propose without the ring, could I?
The holiday was booked though, and the whole time I was thinking how else to do it when we got back. We were walking along Charles Bridge, it was a cloudless night and fireworks were going off in the distance. The moment felt right so I just thought, "I'm not going to get a better opportunity to do this romantically".
She saw it as being far more romantic that she meant enough to her that I'd proposed despite the plans falling apart.
What I'm saying is - the right moment may well come when you don't expect it, but try to plan an occasion that will be special for HER.
Good luck. You obviously love her to bits.

Another answerer stated that there were more romantic places to propose in Paris, and that person is correct. However, isn't everyone else proposing in those romantic places? Probably so. It hink your idea of proposing at Disneyland Paris is wonderful. Disneyland is a wonderful place, has all the magic to go along with it. Why not by Sleeping Beauty's castles? The prince asking his princess for her hand in marriage. That would be romantic!
Good luck & congratulations! I hope it all works out for you!!

I think the Paris idea is amazing! But I'd rethink on doing it in Disney world, there are so many other beautiful and romantic places in Paris.
My dad proposed to my step mom in disney world, I guess that could also be a reason I think it's a little cheesy.

It shouldn't matter where you propose to her, as long as you have made the effort to do something different to propose it will always be special.
You could even make her a romantic meal and have a candle lit bath ready for her with rose petals on the water and a glass of champagne (you could always drop the ring in the glass but make sure you point out that there is something in it before she gussles it down and chokes :) )

I think it is a great time, do what YOU feel is right, everyone has their own idea of a romantic proposal, but you have to do what suits you and your girlfriend, and what could be more magical than the Magic Kingdom?

Eww gross, don't do THAT! You take a child there ... a proposal is an intimate and loving moment, you don't want kids screaming on Space Mountain in the background. Seriously.
Something spontaneous..

Oh my goodness.....that is so bloody romantic! i think it's a splendid idea and you whould really go for it. i know someone who went to rome or something and proposed to his gal there, so i think the whole idea is smaishing. also, if you want you can propose on the small world ride...she would love that. or right in the middle of the park! others would be clapping and whatnot, it would be great! either way, your girl is truly a lucky one! GOOD LUCK!

If you are sure - and you should be after such a long courtship - then propose this year.
Christmas, New Years Eve, her birthday and other occasions special to you both are all great opportunities
I wish you every happiness with your future life together.
Incidentally we will be celebrating our ruby anniversary in 2008

I don't think she'd care if you were standing in the middle of a busy sidewalk, as long as it comes from your heart that's what she'll cherish and remember. I've always thought someplace tropical at sunset would be romantic
