Call the police department in that area and they get you in touch with someone in reference to that murder. They will take you information and compare it to what they already know.

even with the actuality that the chronological distinction is an insignificant 4-twelve months era, adulthood differences between a 16 and a 20-twelve months previous are noticeable. the most recurrent rationalization for individuals courting human beings from an exceedingly diverse age crew (not in any respect options if its from older to youthful, or vice-versa) lies upon the actual shown actuality that one has difficulty accepting the responsabilities or social demands of a given age crew (they're envisioned to act in such procedures,...) or accepting oneself's adulthood level (both prepared to be extra or a lot less mature). for sure, this does no longer practice even as chieldren are in touch (14-twelve months olds or youthful, typically). Pedophilia is the pathological determination for little ones. A 16-twelve months previous is a young person, so, the sufficient pathology (if that were the case) might want to be Hebephilia.

It depends on your situation. If you don't want to personally have to testify or get involved vs you don't mind going to court and testifying if necessary. If you just want to give info without personally being contacted, you can call the area law enforcement's detective bureau where the crime occurred and talk with a homicide detective, telling them you wish to remain anonymous. They would prefer to meet with you in person and discuss in detail the facts you have and your motives for passing on this information. Either way, if this is an unsolved murder, it would probably give you peace of mind to help the police and the victims survivors peace of mind also.. You will absolutely feel better about yourself the rest of your life..Either way, the best first thing to do, is call the police and they can best advise you over the phone and take it from there..

I would talk to the police, specifically homicide detectives if the area where the murder was committed is big enough to have a homicide department. Otherwise just contact the regular detectives. It will probably need to be pretty good information for them to open up a 20 year old murder investigation, but it never hurts to tell them. You will probably have more luck if you put your information in writing. Good luck and you're doing the right thing!
